Originally named J-52, this guitar has been continuously updated and improved, leading to the J-54 (6-string) and J-56 (12-string) versions, which were renamed Ranger VI and Ranger XII in 1967. Renowned for their excellent quality-to-price ratio and durability, these guitars can still be found in many guitarists' homes, sometimes as decorative pieces in the living room. Perfect for those taking their first steps into the world of acoustic guitars, the Ranger is available in multiple color options: Natural, Black, Blue Sunburst, Brown Sunburst, and Red Sunburst.
The Ranger acoustic guitars are crafted with spruce tops, linden sides and backs, okoume necks, and South American Roupanà fingerboards. The amplified models feature the Eko SE30 onboard preamp, which controls the piezo pickup and offers Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, Phase Inverter controls, and a display tuner.
