The Ranger CW EQ Blue Visual Note is the cutaway Dreadnought electro-acoustic guitar from the "Visual Note" series by Eko Guitars, featuring a Spruce top, Linden back and sides, Okoumé neck, and South American Roupanà fingerboard equipped with the Visual Note LED strip interfacing with the dedicated APP. It comes with the Eko SE30 amplification system. The APP includes video lessons, exercises, tuner, scales, and arpeggios that are transferred in real time directly to the fingerboard LEDs, guiding the user through the learning process in a fun and engaging way.
OVERVIEW OF THE RANGER CW EQ BLUE VISUAL NOTE BY EKO GUITARS
Visual Note is a system consisting of an LED strip and a control unit to be applied directly onto the guitar fingerboard (electric, acoustic, or classical), along with an APP capable of managing all its functions. Visual Note is primarily designed for guitar students and teachers, providing all the tools needed for both learning and teaching. This system allows you to learn guitar independently, wherever and whenever you want, by following the guide lights directly on the guitar fingerboard along with the reference audio. If you are a teacher, you can assign exercises, scales, arpeggios, and songs (via the APP) that the student will instantly view and follow on their own fingerboard. A super interactive, direct, and engaging teaching and learning method — education 2.0.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE VISUAL NOTE
- DOWNLOAD THE APP Visual Note from your store (Google Play or App Store).
- POWER ON: turn on the device by pressing the button with the Visual Note logo for at least 2 seconds. When the device is on, the LED on the control unit and the first row of LEDs on the strip will light up green. To turn off the device, press the button again.
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: when the device is connected to the APP, the LED on the control unit and the first row of LEDs on the strip will light up blue.
FIRST PAIRING PROCEDURE: press the Bluetooth symbol in the APP and wait for the device to connect automatically. - BATTERY/CHARGING: the package includes a USB charging cable with a magnetic safety connector. Connect it to a charger and the LED on the control unit will turn red; when it switches off, charging is complete. After 5 minutes in standby mode without a Bluetooth connection, the device automatically powers off.
BATTERY LIFE: 10h CHARGING TIME: 3h - CONTROL UNIT LED INDICATORS:

Blue LED: device connected via Bluetooth
Red LED: device charging - QUICK RELEASE SUPPORT: you can easily detach the control unit for more convenient charging or quickly replace it with a fully charged one.
- HANGING THE GUITAR: when using a guitar hanger attached to the headstock, always ensure it does not interfere with the control unit mounted on the back of the headstock.
