The VJB-200 Black is the 4-string electric bass from Eko Guitars' 'Tribute Starter' series. Inspired by the legendary Jazz Bass, it features a Poplar body, Maple neck and 21-fret Eko WPC resin fingerboard. It features two JB pickups with separate Volume and 1 tone controls. The configuration of the JB single-coil pickups allows you to range from the nasal and richly tipped sound characteristic of the bridge pickup to the warmer and more enveloping tone characteristic of the neck pickup. By using the two pickups simultaneously, you can achieve roundness and fullness in the low frequencies, mixed with a present midrange and crystal-clear treble.
