It’s powered by a rechargeable battery, includes Bluetooth audio input, a headphone out, and a USB-C port for charging and for use as an audio interface with computers or smartphones. The BAIO XL (Box All In One XL) is a compact, multi-functional effects pedal designed for electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. With 80 customizable presets, users can freely build and save their own effects chains.
Equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery (lasting up to 10 hours on a full charge), the BAIO XL includes 6 effect modules: Noise Gate, Boost, Compressor, 20 amp models, 3-band EQ, 7 modulation effects, 5 delays, 6 reverbs, and 20 IR cabinet slots.
The core of the BAIO XL’s tone lies in its Impulse Response technology, carefully designed for the unit. The electric guitar amp IRs were created by Massimo Varini, while IRs for acoustic guitar and bass were handpicked from the DrapSound Library, also used in the successful BAIO A (Acoustic) and BAIO B (Bass) pedals.
The BAIO XL also supports Bluetooth music streaming, headphone monitoring, and functions as a USB audio interface. When connected to a smartphone via OTG converter (sold separately) and USB cable, it allows direct access to any video or audio recording app—perfect for content creators and musicians on the move.
